Form of Payment.  Lessee agrees to pay rent each month by authorized electronic payment, specifically Venmo, CashApp or through the Resident Center, Any fees or costs that are charged by any service to transfer funds are the payor’s responsibility and the Lessee must ensure that Lessor receives the full amount that is owed. Utilizing these services is completely at the payor's expense.
